1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Brandnio mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Brandnio is a mobile application that provides:

• Poster and graphic design tools with customizable templates
• Business frame overlays with branding information
• AI-powered tools including background removal, caption generation, and photo enhancement
• Festival calendar with scheduled poster generation
• WhatsApp sticker creation and sharing
• Digital business card creation
• Video and reel creation tools

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid phone number to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate business information when using frame features
• One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted
• You may delete your account at any time through the app settings

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Brandnio offers both free and premium subscription plans
• Premium features require a paid subscription processed through Razorpay
• Subscription prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled according to Razorpay's refund policy
• AI credits are non-transferable and expire with the subscription period
• Free trial: 7 days of full premium access with no payment required

5. Intellectual Property

• Poster templates provided by Brandnio are licensed for personal and commercial use by subscribers
• You retain ownership of your original content (photos, logos, text) uploaded to the App
• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense Brandnio templates as standalone design assets
• The Brandnio brand, logo, and app design are proprietary and protected by copyright

6. User Content

• You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or share through the App
• You must not create content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
• Brandnio reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms
• By uploading content, you grant Brandnio a non-exclusive license to store and process it for service delivery

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use automated tools to scrape templates or content
• Create offensive, harmful, or misleading content
• Impersonate another person or business
• Circumvent subscription restrictions or payment requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

Brandnio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.

9. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time through the App settings or by contacting us at Brandnioofficial@gmail.com. Upon deletion:

• Your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days
• Active subscriptions will be cancelled
• Unused credits will not be refunded
• Your poster designs will be deleted

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through in-app notifications.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gujarat, India.
