Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to premium features until the subscription period ends
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period

2. Free Trial

  • The 7-day free trial provides full access to all premium features
  • No payment is required to start the trial
  • You can cancel the trial at any time without being charged
  • If not cancelled, the trial will convert to a paid subscription at the displayed price

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate charge
  • Technical issues: If a technical error prevented you from using premium features for an extended period, a partial refund may be issued
  • Unauthorized purchase: If a purchase was made without your authorization, contact us within 48 hours

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • AI credits that have been used (background removal, caption generation, etc.)
  • Subscription time that has already been consumed
  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago (unless covered by section 3)
  • Credits purchased separately from subscription plans

5. How to Request a Refund

  2. Subject line: "Refund Request"
  3. Include your registered phone number and reason for refund
  4. Include the Razorpay payment ID if available
  5. We will review and respond within 5 business days

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
