Delete Your Account

Request permanent deletion of your Brandnio account and data

Important: This Action is Permanent

Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. All your data, designs, subscriptions, and credits will be permanently removed.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • All poster designs and saved templates
  • Business profile information (name, logo, phone, email, address)
  • Uploaded images and logos
  • WhatsApp sticker packs you created
  • AI credits and usage history
  • Festival scheduling data
  • Push notification preferences and device registrations

What Happens to Your Subscription

  • Active subscriptions will be cancelled immediately
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period
  • Unused AI credits will not be refunded
  • You will lose access to all premium features immediately

How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: From the App

  1. Open Brandnio app
  2. Go to Menu (hamburger icon)
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm deletion by entering your phone number
  6. Tap Delete Permanently

Method 2: Via Email

Send an email to request account deletion:

  1. Email Brandnioofficial@gmail.com
  2. Subject: "Delete My Account"
  3. Include your registered phone number in the email body
  4. We will process your request within 72 hours
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

Data Retention After Deletion

  • Personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of the request
  • Anonymized usage analytics may be retained for service improvement
  • Payment transaction records are retained as required by law (7 years)
  • Data stored in backups is purged within 90 days
